Yoga and Meditation
Yoga is a holistic science, which works positively at all levels of human existence. The benefits of yoga are numerous and are accrued at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
We offer two kinds of courses:

Cyclic Meditation – to help combat stress. In CM, participants experience deep rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. Each CM session consists of a series of gentle stimulations-and-relaxations in a cyclical fashion. CM is usually done indoors. It is practiced with eyes closed. |

Yoga for Positive Health – for promoting well-being. This session is an introduction to the concept of yoga and involves the practice of suryanamaskara (salutation to the sun) followed by asanas (yogic postures) and pranayama (breathing practices) |
